There’s a watch out there for every athlete, but Garmin has decided to make THE watch for every athlete. The new Forerunner 935 watch is built to track and measure progress no matter what sport you’re into and offers a level of style and comfort that can’t be beat.

Can one watch really do it all? The Forerunner sure seems to. When it comes to taking the measurements that you need to improve your performance, Garmin doesn’t mess around. Here’s a quick look at some of what the Forerunner monitors:

Heart rate
FTP
Vo2 Max
Stride length
Ground contact time
Vertical oscillation
Barometric pressure
Altitude

Even more advanced and accurate measurements can be obtained when using the heart strap and swim band, both included.

Not only will the Forerunner give you a ton of data on your workout but it will also give you custom measurements for a wide array of sports. The multisport feature allows you to change from sport to sport on a dime, so whether you’re training for a triathlon or want to track your speed during your skiing holiday, you’ll get custom, accurate reads.

One of the most impressive things about this watch is that it doesn’t just monitor your movement but it actually analyzes and enhances your performance by evaluating your training stats for you. It will then let you know if you’re overdoing it or need to take it up a notch.

If you’re a seriously competitive athlete, the Strava Live Segments app can turn every day into a new challenge as you connect with other runners or cyclers and fight to climb the leaderboards.

The Forerunner won’t let you down in its design or technical capabilities either. The long-lasting battery can go weeks at a time without a charge (days, if using the GPS capability) and at 49 oz. it weighs about the same as your average plastic watch.

The Garmin Forerunner 935 is available now in black and yellow models.
